Our Story

ABC4 (formerly Ask Bill Conner) was launched in 2012 by highly respected Bar Clerk Bill Conner. What began as a one-man consultancy has grown into a dedicated team of nine specialists, united by a shared ethos: integrity, honesty, trust, and absolute discretion.

Over the last decade, ABC4 has become the first choice for many leading Chambers across the UK. Most of our work still comes from referrals - something we take great pride in and consider the truest measure of trust.
