Georgina brings over a decade of experience in legal recruitment, marketing, and business development to ABC 4 Legal Talent, supporting law firms and legal practices with commercially informed hiring and growth-focused advisory services.

With more than ten years in the legal sector - including eight years working directly within Barristers’ Chambers and senior roles within law firms - Georgina offers a rare dual-market perspective. Her experience across both Chambers and private practice gives her a deep understanding of how legal professionals build practices, develop client relationships, and contribute commercially within different legal environments.

While Georgina is an experienced marketing and business development professional, her work is firmly rooted in recruitment and talent strategy. She has advised on and delivered recruitment across marketing, BD, and legal support functions, and understands first-hand how hiring decisions shape market positioning, revenue growth, and long-term practice sustainability.

Before joining ABC4, Georgina was UK & Ireland Business Development and Marketing Manager at a leading City Global law firm, supporting teams across London, Birmingham, and Bristol. She has also held senior marketing roles at several highly regarded Chambers and legal organisations, including 4 Stone Buildings, Garrick Law, 5 Essex Court, and 2 Hare Court. This breadth of experience across multiple practice areas - including Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, Regulatory, Insurance, and Public Law - informs her commercially grounded approach to recruitment.

At ABC 4 Legal Talent, Georgina applies her market insight and commercial awareness to help law firms identify and attract talent that will genuinely add value. Her understanding of branding, messaging, and candidate perception enables firms to position roles effectively in a competitive market, ensuring opportunities resonate with the right individuals and align with wider business objectives.

Georgina brings particular strength to recruitment where commerciality, profile-building, and client development are critical. She assesses candidates not only on technical ability, but on their capacity to support growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance a firm’s market presence.
