With over eight years’ experience working within leading Commercial Chambers as an Administrator and Pupillage Co-ordinator, Sarah brings deep, first-hand expertise in structured recruitment, assessment, and candidate management. Her work overseeing pupillage recruitment has given her a sophisticated understanding of fair selection processes, objective shortlisting, structured interviews, and transparent decision-making – all of which translate directly into best-practice recruitment for law firms and professional services teams.

She works in close collaboration with Bill on all aspects of ABC4’s online training provision, from liaising with barrister authors on course content to supporting clients on pricing, delivery, and implementation. Her ability to bridge recruitment, training, and professional development enables clients to take a joined-up approach to talent strategy.

Prior to working in Chambers, Sarah held a role as a Customer Supply Analyst, where she developed strong analytical, organisational, and client service skills. Her attention to detail, ability to manage complex processes, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience underpin her work at ABC4 and are highly valued by both candidates and clients.
